Suite Layouts

We have a large range of suite options to choose from.
Most suites are between 130-180 sq. ft. giving you plenty of room for all your business needs.
However, if you are looking for something larger we have suites up to 230 sq. ft.

First Floor

Second Floor

This floor has suites reserved on one side for those looking for a quieter area for treatments.

Breakrooms are located on both floors. They are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary washers and dryers for you to use as needed.

General Questions

How many suites do you have?

We have 27 suites in all. 17 are downstairs and 10 are upstairs.

Can I access my suite anytime I want?

We will have set business hours when the doors will be unlocked. As well as access during non-business hours.

How do you handle strong smells?

Each suite has an individual exhaust fan that can be used as needed.

How do you reduce noises for facials and massage or other quieter treatments?

The upstairs has a dedicated area for anyone needing or wanting a quiet area for their services. All of our suite walls are well insulated and have a solid door that helps keep surrounding noise to a minimum.

Do you have security cameras?

Yes, there are security cameras inside and outside of the building.

Can I hire someone to help me?

Yes, you may hire someone to assist you.

Can I share a suite?

Yes, we have a few shared suites available.

Can I sublease to another tenant?

Shared suites that are operating different business’ will each require a signed lease under Bellevana.

Can I paint the walls in my suite?

Yes, as long as it is within the approved colors we have available you can paint the walls.

Can I change the lighting in the room?

We have pre-wired connections in the center of each suite to hang a light or chandelier.
